Pack Walks are a great way for your dog to learn how to walk calmly, in a group of other dogs, in distracting situations.  In many cases, it can help to overcome or prevent minor reactive behaviors due to over excitement. An A+ Canine Performance trainer will be on hand to help guide you and your dog in the right direction and help to make walks calmer and enjoyable for both you and your dog!

Dogs who participate should already have the basics on loose-leash walking. These events are not a place for beginner dogs to learn how to walk on leash.  These may be large groups and individual attention from the trainer will be limited.  This is a more advanced opportunity for your dog to learn how to stay more calm on walks.  The only way to practice calm behavior around distractions is to get out and practice it.  Join us for pack walks!!

Rules:

• One dog per handler maximum

• No children allowed on pack walks, to ensure focus on your dog. (Feel free to contact us for possible exceptions)

• No aggressive behavior is allowed on pack walks and any dog showing aggression may be asked to leave.  Mild, excited, reactive behavior will be allowed, since that's what we're there to overcome!
