Once you have scheduled training, we just need you to fill out a brief, on-line registration, so that we have all of the information that we need to keep accurate records for your dog.  Please follow the 2 links below to register for training and accept the terms & conditions. 

First click the "Dog Training Registration" link and fill out all of your information and you dog's.  Then, return to this page to click on the "Accept the Terms & Conditions" link and click the box to accept.  Both must be completed before training begins.
